- 250g / 8.82oz Frozen peas
- 100g / 3.53oz Natural yogurt
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
1. Place 250g / 8.82oz Frozen peas in a small pot and cover with water.
2. Bring to a boil and let cook briefly once.
3. Drain the peas and let them cool.
4. Let cool for 10 minutes.
5. Mix the peas with 100g / 3.53oz Natural yogurt, 1 tsp Olive oil, and 1 tsp Lemon juice in a blender.
6. Puree the mixture until smooth.
