Ingredients
- 400g / 14.11oz large Sweet potato
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp optional Curry powder
- 1 tsp optional Rosemary
- 1 tsp optional Thyme
- 1 tbsp Oil

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (302°F).
2. Clean and peel 1 large Sweet potato (400g / 14.11oz), then slice it into 1-2mm thin slices using a vegetable slicer.
3. Mix the slices with 1 tbsp Oil, 1 tsp Salt, and optionally 1 tsp Curry powder, 1 tsp Rosemary, or 1 tsp Thyme.
4. Spread the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until crispy.
