Ingredients

1 cup Assorted raw nuts, 2 tsp Avocado oil, 2 tsp Apple cider vinegar, 0.5 tsp ground Garlic powder, 0.25 tsp ground Ground turmeric, 0.5 tsp ground Paprika, 0.125 tsp ground Cayenne pepper, 0.25 tsp ground Ground chipotle, 1 tsp Nutritional yeast, 0.25 tsp Kosher salt, 0.125 tsp ground Black pepper, 0.5 tsp Coconut sugar

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). 2. Toss 1 cup assorted raw nuts with 1 tsp avocado oil and 2 tsp apple cider vinegar. 3. Transfer to a baking sheet and roast for 5-10 minutes until toasted. 4. Combine 0.5 tsp garlic powder, 0.25 tsp ground turmeric, 0.5 tsp paprika, 0.125 tsp cayenne pepper, 0.25 tsp ground chipotle, 1 tsp nutritional yeast, 0.25 tsp kosher salt, 0.125 tsp black pepper, and 0.5 tsp coconut sugar in a bowl. 5. Toss the roasted nuts in the spice mixture. 6. Add 1 tsp avocado oil and season to taste with more salt and black pepper. 7. Serve warm or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
