Ingredients
5 containers fresh Baby spinach, 1 cup drained and chopped Marinated artichoke hearts, 1/2 cup pitted and chopped Kalamata olives, 1/4 small thinly sliced Red onion, 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 3 tbsp Simple and Smart Vinaigrette, to taste Sea salt, to taste Black pepper
Preparation
1. Place 5 containers of fresh Baby spinach in a serving bowl. 2. Top with 1 cup / 130g drained and chopped Marinated artichoke hearts, 1/2 cup / 70g pitted and chopped Kalamata olives, 1/4 small thinly sliced Red onion, and 1/2 cup / 70g crumbled Feta cheese. 3. Sprinkle 1 tsp Italian seasoning and 3 tbsp Simple and Smart Vinaigrette over the salad. 4. Toss to combine. 5. Season to taste with Sea salt and Black pepper, if desired.
