Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). 2. Line a baking tray with non-stick silicone paper. 3. Make little lines of 120g / 4.23oz grated Mozzarella on the baking tray about 10cm long and 2cm wide, leaving space between each. 4. Bake for about 15 minutes until bubbly and golden. 5. Remove from the oven, allow to cool and crisp.
