1. Whisk 60ml / 2fl oz Hoisin sauce, 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp Lime juice, 1 tsp / 1 tsp Sesame oil, 1 tsp / 1 tsp grated Ginger, and 1 tsp / 1 tsp Sesame seeds in a small bowl until smooth. 2. Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
