Preparation

1. Toast 8 slices of Wholegrain Bread. 2. Spread 1 tbsp Peanut Butter on each toast and top with sliced Banana and Strawberries. 3. In another toast, spread sliced Avocado, sliced Tomato, 1 tsp Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp chopped Coriander, and 1 tsp Sesame Seeds. 4. Spread 1 tbsp Goat's Curd on each toast, add Rocket, halved Cherry Tomatoes, sliced Peach, 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar. 5. Spread 1 tbsp Vegemite on each toast, add wilted Spinach, sliced Boiled Egg, and 1 tsp grated Parmesan Cheese. 6. Spread 1 tbsp Ricotta Cheese on each toast, add sliced Pear, Mint Leaves, and 1 tsp Honey.
