Ingredients
1 Egg, 1 tbsp Milk, 1 slice Low-carb bread, 2 tbsp Coconut oil, 2 tbsp Butter, 1 peeled and sliced Banana, 3 tbsp Cream cheese or yoghurt, a sprinkle Cinnamon
Preparation
1. Whisk 1 Egg and 1 tbsp Milk together in a shallow plate with a rim. 2. Submerge 1 slice of Low-carb bread in the egg mixture and coat it well on both sides. 3. Heat 2 tbsp Coconut oil in a frying pan with 1 tbsp Butter. Lightly fry 1 peeled and sliced Banana and set aside. 4. Add the remaining 1 tbsp Butter to the pan and fry the eggy bread until it's cooked through and golden on both sides. 5. Transfer the bread to a plate and top with the fried Bananas, 3 tbsp Cream cheese or Yoghurt, and a sprinkle of Cinnamon.
