Preparation
1. Combine 3 frozen, peeled Bananas, 60ml / 2.03fl oz Coconut milk, 150g / 5.29oz frozen Raspberries, and 20g / 0.71oz dried, shredded Desiccated coconut in a food processor or high-speed blender.
2. Blend until the Bananas turn into a creamy frozen ice cream.
