2 Eggs, 2 tbsp Cream, 1 tbsp Butter, 1 finely sliced Spring onion, 25g / 0.88oz grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
1. In a bowl, whisk 2 Eggs and 2 tbsp Cream together. 2. Heat 1 tbsp Butter in a small frying pan and gently fry 1 finely sliced Spring onion until soft. 3. Pour in the whisked Eggs and Cream. 4. As the eggs begin to cook, give them a good scramble with a spoon or spatula. 5. When the eggs are just about cooked, quickly stir through 25g / 0.88oz grated Cheddar cheese and spoon into a bowl.
