Ingredients

2 tbsp Chia seed gel, 180ml / 6.08fl oz Unsweetened almond milk, 180ml / 6.08fl oz Frozen blueberries, 1/2 peeled, cut in chunks, and frozen Banana, 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder, 2 tbsp Plain full-fat Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp MCT oil, 1 handful Ice cubes

Preparation

1. Combine 2 tbsp Chia seed gel, 180ml / 6.08fl oz Unsweetened almond milk, 180ml / 6.08fl oz Frozen blueberries, 1/2 Banana (peeled, cut in chunks, and frozen), 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder, 2 tbsp Plain full-fat Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp MCT oil, and 1 handful Ice cubes in a high-speed blender. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Pour into a cup and enjoy.
