60ml / 2fl oz Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp Lemon juice, 2 tsp Yoghurt, 30g / 1.05oz Blue cheese, 1 tsp chopped Flat-leaf parsley, 0.5 tsp Dill, 0.25 tsp freshly ground Black pepper, pinch Cayenne
Preparation
1. Put 60ml / 2fl oz extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp yoghurt, 30g / 1.05oz blue cheese, 1 tsp chopped flat-leaf parsley, 0.5 tsp dill, 0.25 tsp freshly ground black pepper, and a pinch of cayenne in a blender. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
