Ingredients

1 tsp Onion powder, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Chili powder, 0.5 tsp Kosher salt, 0.5 tsp Black pepper, 6 slices cut in half crosswise Bacon, 12 Chicken tenders

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. 2. Mix 1 tsp Onion powder, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Chili powder, 0.5 tsp Kosher salt, and 0.5 tsp Black pepper in a small bowl. 3. Pound 6 slices cut in half crosswise Bacon between parchment paper using a heavy pan. 4. Season 12 Chicken tenders with half of the spice mix. 5. Wrap each tender with a piece of Bacon, place on the wire rack, and season with the remaining spice mix. 6. Bake for 15 minutes. Increase heat to 230°C (450°F) and bake for another 10-15 minutes until bacon crisps. 7. Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving or packing.
