Zubereitung
1. Heat 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add 1 tbsp minced garlic and sauté for 20-30 seconds.
3. Add 454g/16 oz baby spinach, 0.5 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp fine sea salt, and 1 tsp black pepper.
4. Toss with garlic and oil.
5. Cook, stirring often, until spinach is wilted, about 3-5 minutes. Serve immediately.
