- 1 cup Cooked sweet potato
- 0.5 tsp Honey
- Pinch Fine sea salt
- 0.125 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 0.125 tsp Ground ginger
- Pinch Ground cardamom
- 1 tbsp MCT oil
- 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
- 180ml / 6fl oz Unsweetened almond milk
- 1 handful Ice cubes
1. Combine 1 cup / 200g cooked sweet potato, 0.5 tsp / 3.5g honey, pinch of fine sea salt, 0.125 tsp / 0.3g ground cinnamon, 0.125 tsp / 0.3g ground ginger, pinch of ground cardamom, 1 tbsp / 14g MCT oil, 1 scoop / 20g vanilla protein powder, 180ml / 6fl oz unsweetened almond milk, and 1 handful / 100g ice cubes in a high-speed blender.
2. Blend until smooth. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
