- 250g / 8.82oz Sweet potato
- 1 tsp Ground cumin

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Clean, peel, and cut 250g / 8.82oz Sweet potato into wedges.
3. Place the Sweet potato on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for about 20 minutes on the middle rack until soft.
5. Mix the baked Sweet potato with the remaining ingredients and 1/2 to 1 tsp Ground cumin to a creamy puree.
