- 1 large head cut into florets Broccoli
- 2 tbsp slightly softened Unsalted grass-fed butter
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 cup / 2 fl oz Water
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
1. Cut 1 large head Broccoli into florets.
2. Mix 2 tbsp slightly softened Unsalted grass-fed butter and 1 tsp Garlic powder in a bowl.
3. Combine the garlic butter, Broccoli, 1/4 cup / 2 fl oz Water, 1/2 tsp Kosher salt, and 1/4 tsp Black pepper in a pan wide enough to fit all Broccoli in one layer.
4. Turn heat to medium-high until water begins to steam and butter starts to sizzle.
5. Cover the pan, reduce heat to low or medium-low, and cook for 8-10 minutes until tender.
6. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
