Ingredients

- 75g / 2.65oz Chickpea flour
- 5g / 0.18oz Nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Ground cumin

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Combine 75g / 2.65oz Chickpea flour, 5g / 0.18oz Nutritional yeast, 1/2 tsp Sea salt, 1/4 tsp Garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp Ground cumin in a bowl.
3. Add 200ml / 6.76fl oz water and whisk until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spreading it out evenly.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes. After 20 minutes, slice into crackers, flip, and bake for another 5-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool.
