Ingredients
- 75g / 2.6oz Semolina
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- pinch ground Ground nutmeg
- 250g / 8.8oz Frozen mixed summer fruit berries
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 500ml / 16.9fl oz full-fat Milk
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract

Preparation
1. Add 500ml / 16.9fl oz full-fat Milk, 75g / 2.6oz Semolina, 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract, and a pinch of Ground nutmeg to a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Whisk together until well combined, then lower the heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes, whisking often.
3. For the jam, add 250g / 8.8oz Frozen mixed summer fruit berries and 2 tbsp Chia seeds to a small saucepan with 75ml / 2.5fl oz water.
4. Simmer for 8-10 minutes, mashing halfway through cooking to thicken.
5. Serve the thickened semolina with a dollop of the jam on top.
