															- 200g / 7oz old-fashioned Rolled oats
- 100g / 3.5oz melted Unsalted butter
- 2  Carrot
- 1  Courgette
- 140g / 5oz  Cheddar
- 3  Egg
- 1 tsp  Smoked paprika
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (200°C/400°F). 
2. Coarsely grate 2 Carrots, 1 Courgette, and 140g / 5oz Cheddar and add to a large bowl. 
3. Add 200g / 7oz rolled oats, 100g / 3.5oz melted unsalted butter, 3 Eggs, and 1 tsp smoked paprika. 
4. Mix everything until combined. 
5. Pour mixture into a greased and lined 20cm / 8in baking tin. 
6. Press mixture flat and even with a spoon. 
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
