- 150g / 5.29oz Rolled/old-fashioned oats
- 65g / 2.29oz Hemp seeds
- 1 Orange
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
1. In a food processor, combine 280g / 9.88oz pitted dates and 150g / 5.29oz rolled/old-fashioned oats and blend until finely chopped.
2. Add 65g / 2.29oz hemp seeds, zest and juice from 1 Orange, and 1 tsp vanilla extract, and pulse until well combined and sticky.
3. Divide and roll the mixture into 14 balls, lay them on a tray or plate, and flatten them to form cookie shapes.
4. Leave to set in the fridge.
