Ingredients
- 125g / 4.41oz fresh or thawed Raspberries
- 3 pitted Dates
- 200ml / 6.76fl oz full-fat Coconut milk
- 3 pitted Dates

Preparation
1. Sort and wash 125g / 4.41oz fresh or thawed Raspberries.
2. Soak 3 pitted Dates in hot water for about 10 minutes, drain and chop.
3. Puree the Dates with the Raspberries in a blender.
4. Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove seeds.
5. Add 200ml / 6.76fl oz full-fat Coconut milk and puree again.
6. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 5 hours.
