1. Grate 80g / 2.82oz Emmental cheese and 300g / 10.58oz Pumpkin. Mix with 100g / 3.53oz Whole grain flour and 3 Eggs until a homogeneous mass forms.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Line a baking dish (28 x 20 cm) with parchment paper, pour in the mixture, spread evenly, and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
3. Let it cool, then cut the baked mixture into approximately 2 cm wide sticks. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze.
