- 450g / 15.87oz waxy Potatoes
- 3 tbsp softened Butter
- 130g / 4.59oz Spelt flour
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
2. Peel and wash 450g / 15.87oz waxy potatoes, cut into 2 cm pieces.
3. Boil potatoes in water for 20 minutes until tender.
4. Drain and mash the potatoes.
5. Mix mashed potatoes with 3 tbsp softened butter, 130g / 4.59oz spelt flour, and 1 tbsp olive oil until smooth.
6. Roll out the dough, cut into sticks, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, turning sticks halfway, until golden brown.
