Ingredients

- 435g / 15.34oz drained Pineapple
- 400ml / 13.53fl oz Coconut milk
- 300ml / 10.14fl oz rolled Porridge oats
- 1 tbsp dried Desiccated coconut

Preparation

1. Grate 435g / 15.34oz drained Pineapple, leaving behind the firm middle section.
2. Add grated Pineapple and 400ml / 13.53fl oz Coconut milk to a pan.
3. Fill the empty can with 300ml / 10.14fl oz rolled Porridge oats and add to the pan. Stir well.
4. Cook on medium heat for 4 minutes, stirring often.
5. Add a splash of milk if needed for creaminess. Cook for another minute.
6. Serve with 1 tbsp dried Desiccated coconut on top.
