- 60ml / 2fl oz store-bought Superfood Pesto
- 450g / 16oz sliced Nitrate-free roasted turkey breast
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 80ml / 2.7fl oz thinly sliced Roasted bell peppers
- 113g / 4oz sliced Fresh mozzarella cheese
- to taste Sea salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 225ml / 7.6fl oz Baby arugula
- 4 Lavash wraps or burrito-sized tortillas
- 60ml / 2fl oz avocado oil-based Mayo
1. Place 1 lavash wrap on a cutting board and spread 15ml (1 tbsp) avocado oil-based mayo and 15ml (1 tbsp) store-bought Superfood Pesto in the center.
2. Top with 113g (4oz) sliced nitrate-free roasted turkey breast, 37.5g (1.3oz) sliced ripe avocado, 20g (0.7oz) thinly sliced roasted bell peppers, and 28.25g (1oz) sliced fresh mozzarella cheese.
3. Season with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
4. Arrange 56.25ml (1.9fl oz) baby arugula on top.
5. Gently roll up into a wrap.
6. Repeat with the remaining 3 lavash wraps and the rest of the fillings.
