- 80g / 3oz Banana
- 150g / 5.29oz smooth Peanut butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp pure Vanilla extract
- 170g / 6oz old-fashioned Rolled oats
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (200°C/400°F).
2. Mash 80g / 3oz Banana in a large bowl.
3. Add 150g / 5.29oz smooth Peanut butter, 1 Egg, 1 tsp pure Vanilla extract, and stir.
4. Pour in 170g / 6oz old-fashioned Rolled oats. Mix until well combined.
5. Roll into golf ball-sized rounds and place on a lined baking tray, at least 5cm (2in) apart.
6. Using a fork, gently press each ball down to flatten slightly.
7. Bake for 12-14 minutes until slightly golden on the outside.
