- 80ml / 2.7fl oz Maple syrup
- 60g / 2.12oz Cacao nibs
1. Combine 200g / 7.05oz Quick oats, 140g / 4.94oz Smooth peanut butter, 80ml / 2.7fl oz Maple syrup, and 60g / 2.12oz Cacao nibs in a mixing bowl.
2. Spoon the mixture into a brownie pan lined with parchment paper.
3. Press down the mixture firmly and evenly with your fingers or a spatula.
4. Leave to set in the fridge for 1 hour.
5. Cut into bars before serving.
