- 1 Banana
- 2 Egg
- 3 tbsp rolled Porridge oats
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
1. Mash 1 Banana in a high-sided plate using a fork.
2. Add 2 Eggs and whisk into the Banana with the fork.
3. Measure 3 tbsp rolled Porridge oats into the bowl and mix well.
4. Heat a non-stick frying pan with 1 tbsp Sunflower oil over high heat.
5. Once pan is hot, reduce heat to medium.
6. Spoon tablespoons of the mixture onto the pan, neaten into little circles.
7. Fry for 1-2 minutes before flipping.
8. Cook for another minute until both sides are nicely colored and the pancake has hardened.

To make this recipe egg-free, mash the banana, add 2 tbsp chia seeds and 5 tbsp warm water, stir, and mix in the oats. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes before frying.
