Ingredients

- 140g / 5oz pitted Medjool dates
- 100g / 3.5oz Rolled oats

Preparation

1. In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine 140g / 5oz pitted Medjool dates and 100g / 3.5oz rolled oats and blend until finely chopped.
2. Add in 2 tablespoons water and pulse until sticky.
3. Add optional ingredients if desired to change up the flavor and blend to combine.
4. Divide and roll the mixture into 12 bliss balls with your hands.
5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days.
