Ingredients

- 5 peeled Frozen bananas
- 60ml / 2.03fl oz Coconut milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 30g / 1.05oz Raw cacao powder
- 150g / 5.29oz Frozen strawberries

Preparation

1. In a food processor, combine 5 peeled frozen bananas and 60ml / 2.03fl oz coconut milk until creamy.
2. Spoon two-thirds of the mixture into two bowls, keeping one third in the blender.
3. In one bowl, mix the banana ice cream with 1 tsp vanilla extract.
4. In the other bowl, stir in 30g / 1.05oz raw cacao powder.
5. Blend 150g / 5.29oz frozen strawberries with the remaining banana ice cream.
6. Spoon the chocolate ice cream into a bowl.
7. Add the vanilla and strawberry ice cream.
8. Return to the freezer for 30 minutes if needed.
