Ingredients

- 60g / 2.12oz Onion
- 100g / 3.53oz Zucchini
- 400g / 14.11oz Ground beef
- 5 tbsp tender Oats
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp chopped Parsley
- as required Oil

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. Peel and finely dice 60g / 2.12oz Onion.
3. Clean, wash, and finely grate 100g / 3.53oz Zucchini.
4. Mix diced Onion, grated Zucchini, 400g / 14.11oz Ground beef, 5 tbsp / 70g tender Oats, 1 Egg, and 1 tbsp / 3g chopped Parsley.
5. With damp hands, form meatballs the size of table tennis balls.
6. Heat some Oil in a non-stick pan and fry the meatballs for about 5 minutes until browned.
7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the meatballs on it, and bake for 10-15 minutes.
