- 2 ripe Mango
- 400ml / 14fl oz Coconut cream
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
1. Blend 2 ripe Mangoes, 400ml / 14fl oz Coconut cream and 1 tbsp Maple syrup in a blender until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour mixture into 6 popsicle moulds.
3. Freeze for a minimum of 4-6 hours or overnight.
4. Remove popsicles from moulds by running under warm water briefly. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.

You can leave out the maple syrup if using very sweet ripe mangoes. Optional: Add vanilla extract or passion fruit for added flavor.
