Ingredients

- 60g / 2.1 oz Oats
- 300ml / 10 fl oz Almond milk
- 2 tbsp Cashews
- 1 Kiwifruit
- 100g / 3.5 oz Raspberry
- 1 small Apple
- pinch Ground cinnamon

Preparation

1. Mix oat flakes with oat drink the night before, cover, and let soak for about 8 hours in the fridge, preferably overnight.
2. Chop cashew nuts. Peel and dice the kiwi. Sort through raspberries, wash, and pat dry. Wash the apple, quarter it, and remove the core. Coarsely grate the apple with its peel on a box grater.
3. Mix grated apple immediately into the oat mixture and season with cinnamon and rice syrup.
4. Divide oatmeal into bowls and top with kiwi and raspberries, then sprinkle with cashew crunch before serving.
