- 340g / 12oz Kelp noodles
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 3 tbsp Superfood Pesto
- to taste Sea salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Rinse 340g / 12oz Kelp noodles in a colander under cold water, then transfer them to a large bowl.
2. Cover with hot tap water and mix in 1 tbsp Lemon juice and 2 tsp Baking soda.
3. Let the noodles sit for 5 minutes to soften.
4. Drain, then transfer to a serving bowl.
5. Toss with 3 tbsp Superfood Pesto, season to taste with Sea salt and Black pepper, and serve.
