- 2 tbsp Avocado oil
- 2 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
- 2 tbsp Raw honey
- 0.5 tsp Fine sea salt
- 4 fillets skin-on Salmon fillets
- 1 small Lemon
1. Combine 1 tbsp Avocado oil, 2 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce, 2 tbsp Raw honey, and 0.5 tsp Fine sea salt in a small bowl.
2. Place 4 skin-on Salmon fillets in a shallow bowl, add the hot sauce mixture, and turn to coat. Cover and let marinate for 15 to 20 minutes at room temperature.
3. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
4. Transfer the marinated Salmon fillets to the baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 12 minutes for medium.
5. If desired, broil for 1 to 2 minutes before removing from the oven.
6. Plate the salmon and top each fillet with a squeeze of Lemon juice, and an extra dot of Sriracha, if desired. Serve and enjoy.
