- 275g / 9.7oz Sugar-free puff pastry
- 12 hulled Strawberries
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. Roll out 275g / 9.7oz sugar-free puff pastry on a large chopping board. Halve it lengthwise and widthwise once. Then cut each piece into thirds to get 12 rectangles.
3. Slice 12 hulled strawberries into 4mm thick slices.
4. Place 1 strawberry on one side of each pastry rectangle. Fold the other half over and press the edges to seal.
5. Place the hand pies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes in the middle of the oven.
6. Let the hand pies cool on the baking sheet for about 20 minutes.

The hand pies may leak slightly during baking. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for about 20 minutes to set properly. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
