Ingredients

- 1/4 tsp ground Vanilla
- 2 tsp Agar Agar
- 1 small Apple
- 1 tsp Neutral Oil
- 200ml / 6.76fl oz Apple Juice
- 100ml / 3.38fl oz Orange Juice

Preparation

1. Lightly grease a rectangular plastic container (approximately 12 x 18 cm) with 1 tsp Neutral Oil.
2. Pour 200ml / 6.76fl oz Apple Juice and 100ml / 3.38fl oz Orange Juice into a small pot, add 1/4 tsp ground Vanilla and 2 tsp Agar Agar, and mix until smooth. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for about 4 minutes while stirring. Remove the pot from the heat and pour the mixture into the greased plastic container. Let it set for about 30 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, peel 1 small Apple, quarter it, and remove the core. Cut the apple quarters into 0.5 cm cubes. Carefully distribute the apple cubes into the gummy mixture and let them sink in. Let the mixture set for another 30 minutes. Carefully turn out the set mixture onto a board and cut it into small cubes.
