Ingredients

- 4-5 slices Spelt toast bread
- 2 ripe Bananas
- 200ml / 6.76fl oz Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 100g / 3.53oz blue Berries

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
3. Cut 4-5 slices of Spelt toast bread into bite-sized pieces and place in the dish.
4. Add 2 ripe Bananas and 100g / 3.53oz blue Berries.
5. Mix 200ml / 6.76fl oz Milk and 2 Eggs in a bowl.
6. Pour the mixture over the bread, Bananas, and Berries.
7. Bake for 25 minutes.
