Ingredients

- 1 Banana
- 2 tbsp ground Ground flaxseeds
- 1 tsp ground Ground cinnamon
- 6 tbsp old-fashioned Rolled porridge oats
- 10 tbsp Milk

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (200°C/400°F).
2. Mash 1 Banana in a large bowl.
3. Mix in 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 6 tbsp rolled porridge oats, and 10 tbsp milk.
4. Spoon the mixture into a greased 24-hole mini muffin pan.
5. Bake for 20 minutes for minis or 25 minutes for regular-sized muffins.
