- 100g / 3.53oz dried shredded Desiccated coconut
- 60g / 2.12oz Chia seeds
- 30g / 1.06oz Raw cacao powder
- 125ml / 4.23fl oz melted Coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a mixing bowl, mix 200g / 7.05oz old-fashioned rolled oats, 100g / 3.53oz dried shredded desiccated coconut, 60g / 2.12oz chia seeds, 30g / 1.06oz raw cacao powder, 125ml / 4.23fl oz melted coconut oil, and 2 tbsp maple syrup until well combined.
3. Spread out the granola evenly on a prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
5. Leave to cool on the baking sheet before breaking into granola clusters.
