- 400g / 14oz salt-free Chickpeas
- 25g / 0.88oz Raw cacao powder
- 60ml / 2.03fl oz Maple syrup
- 60ml / 2.03fl oz Coconut cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
1. Drain and thoroughly rinse 400g / 14oz salt-free Chickpeas.
2. Add the Chickpeas to a blender or food processor.
3. Add 25g / 0.88oz Raw cacao powder, 60ml / 2.03fl oz Maple syrup, 60ml / 2.03fl oz Coconut cream, and 1 tsp Vanilla essence. Blend until creamy, scraping the sides if needed.
4. Serve in a bowl with fruit, bananas, crackers, pancakes, or biscuits to dip.
