Ingredients
- 100g / 3.5oz unsweetened soft Dried mango
- 60g / 2oz Cashew nuts
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 3 tbsp old-fashioned Rolled oats
- 4 tbsp dried unsweetened shredded Desiccated coconut
Preparation
- Add 100g / 3.5oz unsweetened soft dried mango, 60g / 2oz cashew nuts, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp chia seeds, and 3 tbsp rolled oats to a food processor.
- Blend until the mixture starts to clump together, around 5 minutes.
- If using coconut, add 4 tbsp / 4 tbsp desiccated coconut to a small bowl ready for rolling.
- Take a walnut-sized amount of the mixture and roll it into a ball, then flatten it and roll into a sausage shape.
- Roll the bliss ball in the desiccated coconut until fully covered.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture.
