Ingredients

  • 100g / 3.5oz unsweetened soft Dried mango
  • 60g / 2oz Cashew nuts
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp old-fashioned Rolled oats
  • 4 tbsp dried unsweetened shredded Desiccated coconut

Preparation

  1. Add 100g / 3.5oz unsweetened soft dried mango, 60g / 2oz cashew nuts, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp chia seeds, and 3 tbsp rolled oats to a food processor.
  2. Blend until the mixture starts to clump together, around 5 minutes.
  3. If using coconut, add 4 tbsp / 4 tbsp desiccated coconut to a small bowl ready for rolling.
  4. Take a walnut-sized amount of the mixture and roll it into a ball, then flatten it and roll into a sausage shape.
  5. Roll the bliss ball in the desiccated coconut until fully covered.
  6. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
