- 1 ripe Banana
- 20g / 0.7oz Ground almonds
- 50g / 1.76oz Rolled oats
- 2 tbsp Milk
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. Peel and mash 1 ripe Banana with a fork in a bowl.
3. Mix in 20g / 0.7oz Ground almonds, 50g / 1.76oz Rolled oats, and 2 tbsp Milk.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
5. Place 1 tsp of the mixture per cookie on the baking sheet and shape them into elongated forms.
6. Bake for 10 minutes.
7. Let cool slightly before serving.

The cookies can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days and can also be frozen. Serve with plain yogurt for dipping.
