Good to know

Almonds provide about 20% plant-based protein and are a good source of Vitamin E. A handful covers two-thirds of your daily Vitamin E needs. The brown skin of almonds contains digestive fiber and anti-inflammatory beta-carotene. For full health benefits, eat almonds unpeeled.
