Ingredients
- 12 tbsp old-fashioned Rolled porridge oats
- 12 tbsp Milk
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- 12 tbsp Milk
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
Preparation
1. Half-fill a microwaveable container with 12 tbsp old-fashioned rolled porridge oats.
2. Add 12 tbsp milk, creating a 50:50 mix of oats to milk.
3. Add 1 pinch ground cinnamon (optional), stir, and flatten the mixture with the back of a spoon.
4. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
5. If the mixture feels firm, it’s ready
if it’s soft, cook for another minute.
6. Allow to stand for a couple of minutes, then cut into finger strips using a knife.
7. Turn out onto a board to cool. Serve with full-fat Greek-style yogurt and berries.
