- 4 Egg
- 50ml / 1.69fl oz Milk
- 20g / 0.71oz grated Emmental cheese
- 1 Avocado
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Cooking oil
- 50ml / 1.69fl oz Milk

Preparation
1. Whisk 4 Eggs with 50ml / 1.69fl oz Milk.
2. Grate 20g / 0.71oz Emmental cheese and stir in.
3. Halve 1 Avocado, remove the seed, and scoop out the flesh. Slice thinly and immediately toss with 1 tsp Lemon juice.
4. Heat 1 tsp cooking oil in a non-stick pan, pour in the egg mixture, and swirl to distribute.
5. Let it set for about 3 minutes.
6. Arrange the avocado slices on top.
7. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for another 10-12 minutes.
