130g / 4.59oz drained Tuna, 1 ripe Avocado, 0.5 Onion, 2 tbsp Plain yogurt, 1.5 tbsp Lemon juice, to taste Salt, to taste Pepper
Preparation
1. Drain 130g / 4.59oz Tuna. 2. Half 1 ripe Avocado, remove the seed and scoop out the flesh. 3. Peel and finely dice 0.5 Onion. 4. Combine Tuna, Avocado, and Onion in a high mixing bowl. 5. Puree with a hand blender. 6. Stir in 2 tbsp Plain yogurt and 1.5 tbsp Lemon juice. 7. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
