Ingredients
300g / 10.58oz fresh or frozen Strawberries, 2 stalks Mint, 1 organic Lime, 250ml / 8.45fl oz well chilled Coconut water, 500ml / 16.91fl oz well chilled Sparkling mineral water
Preparation
1. Clean, wash, and pat dry the fresh or thawed frozen Strawberries (300g / 10.58oz). 2. Wash and shake dry the Mint (2 stalks), then pluck the leaves. 3. Wash the Lime (1 organic) in hot water, dry it, and cut it into thin slices. 4. Puree the Strawberries and Coconut water (250ml / 8.45fl oz) in a tall mixing bowl using a hand blender. 5. Pour the mixture into a jug, add the Mint leaves and Lime slices, and top up with Sparkling mineral water (500ml / 16.91fl oz).
