Ingredients
- 5g / 0.18oz Baby spinach
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 slices Spelt toast bread
- 1 tbsp for frying Oil
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 1 Egg

Preparation
1. Wash and dry 5g / 0.18oz Baby spinach, then finely chop it.
2. Beat 1 Egg with 3 tbsp / 3 tbsp Milk in a deep plate and add the chopped spinach.
3. Soak 2 slices of Spelt toast bread in the egg-milk mixture for 2 minutes on each side until fully absorbed.
4. Heat 1 tbsp Oil in a pan and fry the bread slices on both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
